Minimum Artwork Requirements for Print Production

To ensure the highest-quality results across all printed products—including clothing, stationery, signage, promotional items, and custom merchandise—please prepare your artwork according to the following minimum specifications. Files that do not meet these standards may cause delays or require additional setup fees.

1. Artwork Must Be Provided at Final Size

All artwork should be supplied at the exact size you want it printed. This ensures accurate scaling, correct proportions, and predictable print quality.

• For apparel: provide artwork sized to the intended print area (e.g., chest print, back print, sleeve print).
• For stationery: supply artwork at the final trim size (e.g., A5, business card, postcard).
• For signage: ensure artwork matches the full physical dimensions of the finished sign.

2. Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI

To achieve crisp, professional results, all raster artwork (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, etc.) must be at least 300 DPI at final print size.

• Lower-resolution images may appear blurry, pixelated, or soft when printed.
• Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is resolution-independent and preferred whenever possible.

3. No Crop Marks or Printer Marks

Please do not include crop marks, bleed marks, colour bars, or registration marks in your artwork files unless specifically requested.

• These marks can interfere with automated production workflows.
• If bleed is required, simply extend the artwork beyond the trim area—no marks needed.

4. PDF Fonts Must Be Flattened or Converted to Curves

All PDF files must have fonts fully flattened, outlined, or converted to curves.

This prevents issues such as:

• Missing fonts
• Substituted fonts
• Unexpected text reflow
• Compatibility conflicts between systems

Flattening or outlining ensures your text prints exactly as designed.

5. Accepted File Formats

We accept the following formats when prepared correctly:

• Vector: AI, EPS, SVG, PDF (outlined fonts required)
• Raster: PNG, TIFF, PSD, JPG (300 DPI minimum)
• Other: High‑resolution PDF (fonts outlined)

6. Colour Setup

For best results, supply artwork in the correct colour mode:

• CMYK for full‑colour printing (stationery, signage, digital print, litho).
• RGB for DTG, DTF, and sublimation printing.
• Spot colours (Pantone) for screen printing or vinyl cut graphics.
